Frequently Asked Questions
No, not all modules are eligible for CEU/PD credit hours. The following trainings are eligible for credit:
- Natural Environments
- Strategies to Promote Parent Involvement in EI Sessions
- Family Professional Partnerships
- Using Data to Inform Practice
- Routines-based Interventions
- Including Family Outcomes in the IFSP
- Cultural and Linguistic Competence in Early Intervention
Each module will state in their description if they are eligible for credit.
Once you complete a module, there will be an option to “Print Your Certificate” that will appear at the upper left-hand corner of the module page, under the “Module Status”:

You can also navigate to the “My Progress” tab once you sign in where you’ll find a list of the available modules with an icon to view your certificate if you’ve completed the full module and the module is eligible for credit.

Each eligible module is worth 1 hour of CEU/PD credit.
Once you complete the eligible module, the certificate will have the following information:
- Your name
- Number of hours completed (all modules are 1 hour)
- Title of the module completed
- Date and time of module completion
- New York State Department of Health logo
